A knowledgeable and highly experienced team handles equipment selection, solution design, and implementation, providing clients with a comprehensive, end-to-end service.
Strict adherence to national sanitary standards for drinking water and food safety; compliance with food hygiene requirements for every component of the production line as well as the manufacturing and assembly processes; and guaranteed repeatability and stability of every production line operation—we provide all of this to every user of our packaging production lines.
Each unit is integrated through the close collaboration of experienced engineers and relevant experts, and excellent after-sales service is provided.
The equipment across the entire line forms a technically coordinated whole, ensuring simple and accurate production operations at a very high technical level.
A centralized real-time control and display system for the entire line can be provided.
If a fault occurs in any unit on the line, the system can be configured to automatically stop the entire production line and trigger an alarm (optional feature);
Operation passwords with multi-level permissions can be set (optional feature).
The machine body uses high-quality stainless steel; other parts use non-toxic, hygienic and durable materials. The supplied introduction lists Mitsubishi PLC/inverter and touchscreen equipment, OMRON sensors, French TE contactors, and FESTO or AIRTAC cylinders and valves. The specific 1,200-barrel/hour configuration is listed separately in Specifications Table. The source introduction reports 17 years of industry experience and exports to Benin, Saudi Arabia, Barbados, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Dubai, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Tanzania, Kenya, Angola, Iraq and Jordan.

The complete conveyor chain system comprises the bottle-infeed chain, the filling chain, and the bottle-discharge chain; the system is driven by a motor-powered drive sprocket, a chain, and a driven sprocket (see Figure 2).
An inspection light box is positioned alongside the bottle-discharge chain to perform a final check for foreign objects inside the bottles.
The conveyor chain assembly consists of a motor, a gearbox, drive and driven shafts, drive and driven sprockets, the chain, and guardrail supports.
The electrical system comprises a main power circuit and a control circuit.
The main circuit described in the supplied document includes ten water pumps, one inverter-controlled filling pump, one external-washer drive motor, one cap-sorting motor, one cap-elevating motor, one capping-chain motor, eight conveyor motors, four heaters and an inverter-controlled filling-conveyor motor.
A programmable logic controller (PLC) implements the control logic. Switching inputs use the PLC's internal 24 V supply. Outputs use 220 V AC to drive relays, buzzers and warning lights, and a rectified 24 V supply to drive solenoid valves and indicator lights.
The touchscreen is the operator terminal. It displays the operating state of the complete machine and fault screens in real time, providing comprehensive monitoring and control.
