FROM IDEA TO RUNNING PRODUCTION LINE

The whole customization process starts with in-depth technical and commercial communication. Our professional sales and engineering team will conduct one-on-one communication with you to fully confirm all personalized requirements of the equipment. We will comprehensively collect core information including your production capacity demand, processing material characteristics, finished product standards, factory site conditions, voltage and environmental requirements, automatic configuration grade, and special functional customization needs.
Based on your actual production scenarios and budget, our engineers will provide professional technical suggestions, optimize the equipment scheme, and sort out the detailed equipment configuration list, parameter specifications, functional advantages, production cycle, overall quotation and supporting service items. For special non-standard customized equipment, we will complete scheme design, drawing confirmation and technical parameter verification, and feed back all detailed documents to you for review and confirmation. We will adjust and optimize the scheme timely according to your feedback until all technical details, commercial terms and delivery requirements are fully confirmed and reach a consensus.

After the equipment scheme, technical parameters and commercial terms are fully confirmed by both parties, we will issue a formal official sales contract in accordance with international trade standards. The contract will clearly specify all core contents including equipment model, complete configuration, technical parameters, customized functions, unit price and total amount, payment terms, production cycle, delivery time, inspection standards, after-sales warranty terms, liability for breach of contract and other detailed clauses to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.

After you review and confirm the contract content without objection, both parties will sign and seal the contract to make it formally take effect. Meanwhile, we will complete internal project filing, establish a special project team for your order, and arrange special personnel to follow up the whole process to ensure the orderly progress of subsequent production and delivery work.

In accordance with the contract provisions, you will complete the payment of the predetermined deposit. After we receive and confirm the arrival of the deposit, the project will be officially launched. Our production department will immediately schedule the production plan, carry out raw material procurement, spare parts preparation, production line scheduling and personnel arrangement according to the confirmed equipment drawings and configuration standards.

All raw materials and core accessories we adopt are selected from qualified international and domestic suppliers, which meet industrial production standards and equipment operation requirements. Before warehousing, all materials will undergo strict incoming inspection to ensure that the quality of raw materials lays a solid foundation for subsequent equipment production.

We implement full-process quality management in accordance with ISO industrial production standards throughout the equipment production cycle, and carry out multi-layer quality inspection and process supervision for every production link to avoid defective products.

First of all, in the equipment processing and assembly stage, our senior technicians complete precision processing, welding, assembly and wiring work in strict accordance with the confirmed technical drawings and process specifications. Each process has special process inspectors for spot check and full inspection, focusing on checking equipment precision, assembly tightness, circuit safety, pipeline smoothness and functional compatibility.

Secondly, for core components such as water treatment filtration systems, beverage packaging filling systems, control systems and transmission systems, we conduct independent quality testing and performance debugging to ensure that each component operates stably and meets the design parameters. For customized functional modules, we carry out targeted special debugging and performance verification to ensure that the personalized customization requirements are fully realized.

In the middle of production, we can provide real-time production photos, videos and progress reports according to your needs, so that you can keep track of the order production progress at any time. For key production nodes, we accept remote video inspection and supervision by you.

After the completion of equipment assembly and preliminary debugging, we will carry out overall machine joint debugging, simulated production operation test, full performance detection and parameter calibration. We will simulate your actual production working conditions to test the equipment’s operating stability, production efficiency, finished product qualification rate, safety performance and energy-saving effect, and adjust and optimize the equipment operation parameters to ensure that the equipment operates stably and efficiently and all indicators meet the contract and technical standard requirements.

After the completion of internal debugging and self-inspection, we will initiate formal factory acceptance. We will sort out complete acceptance documents, including equipment parameter list, configuration checklist, quality inspection report, operation manual, maintenance manual, certificate of conformity and other supporting documents. You can arrange personnel to come to our factory for on-site inspection and acceptance, or conduct remote video acceptance. After verifying that the equipment performance, configuration and all indicators are qualified, both parties will complete the acceptance confirmation.

After the equipment passes the factory acceptance, we will carry out professional export-standard packaging for the equipment. According to the equipment size, structure and export transportation requirements, we adopt multi-layer protective measures: the equipment surface is treated with dust-proof, rust-proof and anti-corrosion treatment, key precision parts are wrapped with shockproof and anti-collision materials, and the whole machine is packed in thickened export wooden boxes or fumigation-free packaging boxes to avoid equipment damage, deformation and dust pollution during long-distance transportation.

All packaging will be marked with clear export identification, equipment information, handling marks and shipping marks to ensure standard transportation and convenient customs clearance. After the packaging is completed, we will arrange professional logistics and freight forwarding according to the delivery method agreed in the contract, complete factory loading and delivery, and provide you with delivery documents, logistics tracking information and customs clearance supporting materials in a timely manner.

After the equipment passes final factory inspection and before shipment, the balance payment as specified in the contract shall be settled. We will send you the detailed payment notice and relevant inspection documents for your verification. Once we confirm the full balance payment has been received, we will proceed with final packaging, shipment arrangement and full document handover. This standardized payment procedure ensures smooth order closing and formalizes the delivery process for both parties.

After the equipment is delivered from the factory, we will continue to provide full after-sales tracking service. We can provide overseas door-to-door installation, commissioning, operation training and after-sales maintenance services according to your needs, and provide long-term technical support, spare parts supply and equipment upgrading services to ensure that your equipment can be put into production stably and efficiently for a long time.
